Why Do These People Want to Punish Abused Women?

Well, WordSUPPress wants to punish us again, for a comment left by a reader (Lisa Hutchings), one of which we turned into a post. These people in turn came to the site to trash her (no trashing of them allowed though…). I had deleted the post, because frankly, these people seem to be a little dangerous maybe because there are alleged cocaine dealings with the folks involved in the case (and from how the whole situation is presented in the original Florida article and elsewhere), but WordSUPPress thinks it is still there. I cannot delete something I already deleted. But somewhere in this list there are those that bully those to be shut up. I don’t know what they did, and frankly I don’t care now, but too many people are getting away with continuing to abuse women in whatever way they can. Somewhere in this list are those that wanted me to be silenced:

Mark Kaplan

Sorrell Trope

Steven Knowles

Michael Collum

Tara Scott

Charles Wake

Dan Jaffe

Stacy Phillips

Rex Beaber

Brian Brandmeyer

Rick Flam

Howard Pilch

Matthew Miller

David Simmons

Commissioner James Endman

Judge Arthur Birken

Kreiss Enterprises

Hutchings Automotive Products

Tom Kreiss

Robert Young Pelton

Erin Grey

Seth Kramer

If whoever is behind this is successful and buys off WordSUPPress or scares them into deleting this blog, I will still be found around. I can’t delete something I already deleted, so something funny is going on here. Thanks for everyone’s support.

Money Talks, Bullshit Walks: When Child Custody Cases Get Nasty

Sadly, the website is now gone...all of it.

I’ve had my share of nasty comments here on this site, but to see parties go at it like this is amazing. This is in reference to a nasty custody fight in Florida, where Lisa Hutchings was duped into thinking this guy she hooked up with was okay….well he wasn’t. Wes Hutchings had many problems, which I won’t go into, read the original story here:

Father from Ultra-Rich Family Wins Custody of 2-Year-Old Despite Crack Cocaine Abuse History

Lisa had kept us updated with the case via comments on the post. Last week, she came in with some pretty nasty allegations.

1/12/10

Dear Readers,

I was recently sodomized by Robert Young Pelton, of Bonsall, California. He was my friend for 20 years. We started the Upper Deck Company together. I left Upper Deck, because Richard McWilliam was counterfeiting cards with Reggie Jackson.

Robert has caused me great physical pain, and damage is now being done to my two children, Cameron & Chloe.

Currently, Tom Kreiss, has legally kidnapped Cameron. I receive death threats on a daily basis from his henchmen (litany of Family Law attorneys).

Both Kreiss Enterprises and HAP are Florida based companies primarly because it’s cheaper for these criminals to do business in Florida, “Bush Country.”

I am recovering from the rape. I was also robbed of $20,000 of my personal belongings by Dr. Deborah Lynn. Apparently, she has been working together with Wesley Hutchings and Thomas Kreiss, without my knowledge.

Sincerely,
Lisa M. Hutchings

When a mother loses her child to a bad parent that has boatloads of money, it gets to the point the nobody will do anything ethical or right, least of all what is right for that little child. Lisa hopefully got a rape exam for this, or some kind of exam because if she is suffering pain, there must be some physical damage. If she doesn’t get in with a prosecutor, this will get her nowhere. Bullshit walks.

Two comments from the same person (written from same computer, same IP address), who lives in Escondido, California, attacked right back:

Lisa Hutchings is a Culver City based prostitute who makes a living entraping and extorting her wealthier clients, many of them rich men and lawyers who fall for her fake sob story. She even works for lawyers and has access to sensitive information.

She tried going big time with the Hutchings and Kreiss family and the courts in Florida and California shut her down and correctly determined that she is mentally ill, violent and a criminal. Good luck Lisa you clearly fooled some people some of the time. Her victims are silent but please explain why you were commited to a mental institution at least four times and every man who know “raped” you? :) ) Please girl take it to the street not the internet.

Don’t fall for her con and men if you see her on a dating service or on Craigslist selling sex. Beware!

And mothers please don’t confuse this criminal activity with the good work of this website. Don’t waste a minute of emotion or pity on this criminal and con artist.

Prostitutes have rights too. Just because Lisa Hutching is a prostitute and a convicted criminal doesn’t mean she shouldn’t have kids. Lots of strippers, drug addicts and insane people have kids. But whats up with the laundry list of lawyers and stupid unfounded accusations on this site. Isn’t this about her kids? She doesn’t even mention them. Who cares who she wants to trash in public? Clearly she lost her kids because its all about her not her children. Lets see some information on her custody battle not her perverted sex life.

I am confused by his second comment, he says “prostitutes have rights too.” Well, yes they do. Actually, I have much more respect for prostitutes than crack-pots. They are working at the world’s oldest profession, legal in many places, and if not, still sought out by politicians, clergy, or just your average horny guys. Doing really nasty things some guys like to do that disgust most women. But that’s beside the point.

Money talks.

It looks like there will be a lot of Court Whores lining up for this one. Meanwhile, there are two children who are without their mother, and money looks like this is the big reason. As a child victim of the courts, I can tell you that those children miss their mother very much and the hate will grow in them for people that try and keep them from her. It is all about power and control for these people, and making money.

It is very difficult for any mother to overcome all that money battling against her. But that will not stop most mothers, and they will do everything in their power for their children, this I know too.

Now a story that hasn’t been read much lately is getting a lot of hits now, and I bet most of them are lawyers and court whores planning how to make money off it this.

God help them all. Most of all the two dear children.

Despite History of Crack Abuse, Man From Ultra-Rich Family Wins Custody of 2-Year-Old

October 27, 4:20 PMSan Diego Courts ExaminerGregory Smart

Wesley Hutchings enjoys the kinds of privileges that come with being born to a family made rich by the American automotive industry. His father, James "Jack" Hutchings made hundreds of millions though the manufacture of air-conditioning units for cars. The Hutchings family's 20,000-square-foot home spreads across two huge lots at a Las Olas Isles point, surrounded on three sides by the Intracoastal Waterway. "La Maison Blanche," as it's locally known, is listed by this realtor for $28.5 million.

But Wes Hutchings has a legal history that's decidedly ghetto -- multiple DUIs and a 2004 arrest for cocaine possession after he was found running crazily through the halls of a Seminole County hotel, high on crack and threatening to kill himself.

In that case, Hutchings entered a guilty plea to cocaine possession, but adjudication was withheld. There are no signs of a more recent encounter with hardcore drugs. But the question is whether a Broward County judge was right to entrust a 2-year-old child to Hutchings' custody, rather than to the child's mother, who doesn't have Hutchings' checkered legal history.

In December 2004 -- three months after Wes Hutchings' crack-induced meltdown in a Seminole County hotel -- he met Lisa Kreiss in Beverly Hills. Their date had been brokered through a very exclusive, very expensive dating service. Even if she did trust that service to do background checks on its clients, Kreiss -- who was in the midst of a nasty divorce -- trusted her therapist's assessment of Hutchings. Having got the green light, she and Hutchings became engaged and in 2006 she had a baby daughter.

"I had just gone through a brutal, multi-million dollar divorce," she says. "And I thought, 'Now I've met Prince Charming.'" Wes would help pay the expense of her divorce. They took trips in the family's private jet. Wes' parents bought the couple a home near the fourth hole of Parkland Golf and County Club. Lisa, who legally changed her last name to Hutchings in advance of the wedding, was ready to live happily ever after.

But it didn't work out that way. Lisa claims she only learned of Wes' history with drugs after she had made a commitment to him. She became fearful he would harm their daughter.

Wes' lawyer, Matt Miller of Hollywood, claims that Lisa is "a very disturbed woman" and points to psychological evaluations that note a history of psychiatric symptoms, psychotropic medications and multiple suicide attempts.

Those incidents, says Lisa, came under the stress of her divorce and the protracted custody battle for the son from her previous marriage.

After the couple broke up in 2008, Wes allowed Lisa to take their daughter back to California in exchange for her signing a parenting agreement. It called for her to receive financial support, while Wes was to be given regular opportunities to speak with his daughter. Both sides say that the other breached the parenting agreement.

In such contests, the tie tends to go to the party who has a more convincing lawyer. Wes had Miller. Lisa couldn't afford one, so she represented herself. Broward Circuit Court Judge Arthur M. Birken ruled that Lisa had violated the terms of the parenting agreement.

He also ruled that Dr. Efrain Gonzalez, a Miami psychologist paid by Wes' side to evaluate both parents, and who found mental health problems that could make Lisa unfit to be a mother, gave a more credible report than the Los Angeles psychologist who evaluated Lisa and found "no firm evidence of diagnostic condition."

On July 22, Birken awarded sole custody of the child to Wes. Lisa says that she was denied the opportunity to see her when she last visited, in mid-September. (Miller says that it was Lisa's fault for failing to schedule a visitation so that Wes could make arrangements for a social worker to monitor that visit.)

The child will have her third birthday on Thursday. Lisa, who lives in Los Angeles, hasn't seen her daughter since June 1. She still hopes to contest Birken's ruling.

In the meantime, however, she will not be able to talk to her daughter. In a letter in late August, Wes told Lisa that the child was showing symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder and that she feared her mother. For those reasons, he's cut off phone communication.

Original story here.

As for Wes' drug issues, Miller says: "Nobody ever said in court that Mr. Hutchings was perfect. He has owned up to his past problems. Lisa Hutchings, on the other hand, is in total denial."
